My AI agents took a wedding business from zero to a live ad campaign

This week my AI agents launched a real ad campaign for a wedding business. Not a mockup, not a plan in a document. Ads that are live right now, with a small daily budget behind them, and leads landing in an inbox. Here is how the whole thing got built, step by step, because every step is something you could copy for your own business.

Why start with other people’s ads?

Because the market has already paid for the lessons. Wedding companies have been running ads for years, and the ones that keep running are the ones that work.

So before anything got written, three agents went through the ads competitors are running right now and pulled out what actually works: what they promise, what they show, what they repeat. That research became the foundation for everything that came after.

Most small businesses skip this step because it is boring and slow. For my agents it is neither. It is exactly the kind of legwork they are good at.

Who made the ad picture?

No photographer. No photo shoot. No stock photo either.

The hero image, the bride, the venue, the feeling, is AI made, and the same picture is already live on the business’s website. That used to be the expensive part of a campaign like this: booking a shoot, waiting for edits, hoping the photos match the message. Now the picture gets made to fit the message, not the other way around.

Which message wins, the dream or the pain?

Here is my favorite part. We did not argue about what the ad should say. We are testing it.

Two messages are running head to head against each other:

  1. The dream. The perfect day, everything beautiful, exactly how you pictured it.
  2. The pain. All the stress of planning a wedding, taken off your shoulders.

Both are true. Both could work. But guessing which one your customers respond to is how most ad money gets wasted. So the campaign runs both at 50 kronor a day and lets the numbers decide. The small budget is the taste test. When one message clearly wins, that is the one that gets real money behind it.

Where do the leads go?

Straight to the inbox, and this part matters more than it sounds.

When someone sees the ad, clicks, and fills in the form, that lead is delivered by email, and the whole journey is tracked from the ad to the inbox. So there is no guessing whether the ads “did something”. You can see the line from money spent to a real person asking about their wedding.

A campaign without that tracking is just spending. A campaign with it is a machine you can tune.

What does this mean for your business?

The full loop that got built here is the same loop every small business needs: know what the market responds to, make the creative, test two messages instead of betting on one, and track every lead back to the ad that brought it.

None of those steps is new. What is new is that AI agents did the legwork on all of them, and the whole loop went from zero to live while I looked at the results instead of doing the digging.

I used to treat launching ads like a huge project. It is starting to look like just another task that gets done.

I build AI agents that run all parts of my online business. Check them out at pelleforsman.com.
