Every morning my AI agent keeps me up to date
Every morning my AI agent keeps me up to date. Think of it as my CEO. While I slept, my agents were working across multiple departments, all reporting back to that one agent. So basically I have agents on content, on sales, on customer support, and on the online stores, and the CEO agent keeps track of all of them for me.
What is on the brief?
It is short on purpose, and it is in three parts:
- What shipped overnight?
- What broke?
- What got fixed?
And then the one or two things that actually need my approval today.
Why is one page enough?
Because here is the thing. Most of what happens in a day does not need me. If it can be undone, the agents just do it themselves. But if it touches money, or if it goes public, they stop and wait for my yes. So the small stuff is already handled, and only the real decisions land on my desk.
But how do you keep track of it all?
Sometimes people ask me that. And honestly, I do not. I do not read every message or open every task. I read the one-page brief with my morning coffee, make the decisions a human should make, and the day is already moving. Trying to see everything is exactly how owners drown. The brief exists so I do not have to.
What this means if you run a business
You do not need to see everything to be in control. You need the right one page. The skill is not doing more yourself. It is building something that does the work, catches its own mistakes, and only brings you the decisions that are actually yours.
I build AI agents that run all parts of my online business. Check them out at pelleforsman.com.
